How do we create?
All of us human beings have a certain amount of life force running through us. This life force is the creative energy that is required to create and manifest anything in the world. This life force is also the sexual energy that resides in us, the most basic purpose of which is to procreate.
Most of the time, we are creating our reality / our external circumstances in the world, at a somewhat unconscious level. We create reality by the emotions and thoughts in our unconscious mind which is then directed by the conscious mind. This can come across as destiny, or karma or any other word that makes us believe that our world is being created by forces beyond our control. This usually happens when we haven’t taken full responsibility for ourselves and are still operating somewhat unconsciously at a victim level.
As we ascend the staircase of consciousness through constant self-awareness and spiritual purification, we become more and more capable of creating our own destinies. This is where are consciousness starts taking active charge of the life and circumstances we want to create for ourselves, instead of simply accepting what is expected of us or meted out to us.
Expanding our Creative Force
As we established above, creation requires healthy amounts of life force to be flowing through us. While it may seem that the amount of life force running through us is limited, it is not. With practice and awareness, we can expand the amount of life force flowing through us. All spiritual practices are a mode to expand the amount of life force flowing through us. We have access to unlimited amounts of life force energy from source, provided we know how to access it. So as a first step to active creation and manifestation, we want to work on expanding the amount of life force flowing through us.
Where and how do we access more of the life force?
In my understanding and experience, there are 4 primary sources through which we can expand the amount of life force running through us. You may be familiar with at least two of them.
Once we have enough life force flowing through us, then we can look to manifest. More life force, is like having more raw materials to work with. When we have plenty of raw materials, we can look at creating more expansive visions.
Manifestation
Manifestation of our desires is the second step. When we have a healthy amount of life force flowing through us, and we are not emotionally or mentally blocked, then creation becomes easy and fast.
One little problem, at the beginning of our desire to create and manifest is that most of us are unsure of exactly what we want, or what is that we really desire to create for ourselves. We have vague ideas about what we want but are neither 100% convinced that we can actually have it nor do we feel determined to strive for it. Conversely, what we want, or desire may not be true to our authentic self, and something that is instilled into us as part of our up bringing and societal conditioning. Both these create problems in creating the outcomes we truly want for ourselves in our lives.
When desiring to create, we can look at breaking the use of our life force in 3 different aspects. In my spiritual practice these three aspects are termed – Ichha Shakti, Gyana Shakti, and Kriya Shakti. Shakti simply means power.
Now that we have those 3 in order, what is required is consistency of focus. People who have conviction about what they want to create, get their fastest. Their energy and attention is single handedly focused on their object of desire, they have motivation to get it, and are willing to do anything to get it.
To conclude:
For quick manifestation –
With love to all your soul desires coming true.
